Player Accounts
Players have the same functions on the operators' main sites that average players do, plus the possibility to withdraw money through their agents.
Players can ask their agent to bet for them any time they want, meaning agents have the possibility to bet for their players and transfer money to their accounts any time they want.
Our system attracts players who want to bet throughout the day but don't have the time or ability themselves.
Agent Accounts
Agents have extensive information about their players, including details of players' balance and bet history.
Agents can upload user documents for their safety and security. Usually they upload a copy of the user's passport.
It is possible for agents to transfer money directly to users and to take money from users as well.
It’s also possible to send credit to players and to see how much the player still owes them.
Agents have special charts where they see their daily betting amount, winning amount, and profit.
For Operators
Before setting up the agent system, operators can tell us how many levels they want in the system and the names of the levels. We provide agent systems with more than 10 compatible languages, as well as the ability to add new ones according to the operator's needs. We can turn on function for operators to see their risks of agent system. Operators have the same extensive charts of betting information that agents do, and they can also see the total amounts throughout the whole system.
Channel Support
The Agent System supports any browser. It can be used with tablets, desktops, and mobile systems. Agents don’t need to download any software to run the program, they need only their browser. We support Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, all Firefox compatible browsers, and Safari.
Additional Functionality
Betslips can also be printed out through our agent system. When customers bet with an express betslip, it’s always very convenient to have the list of the events that have been bet on.
